I got a newsletter mail about this, so I am going to read it soon, and also watch the 'videos' section.

I am wondering, do the funds from selling Ultimate Yoga 2012 go toward the translation costs for future publications mentioned as untranslated such as SOBT2 Personal Experiences, Outside the Body, Contact with the Deceased & Astral Therapy?

First of all I must say its nice to see someone actually taking a dry approach, without alot of new agey mystical clap trap attached.

I've had a bunch of OBEs over the last 15 years, some very very real, more than real, others where I became conscious inside of a dream and snapped out of it to find myself wandering about in my apartment etc.

I also know many other people who have had experiences.

The main problem I have is that I've never managed to project with someone else. To meet my wife or a friend in the astral, talk with them, share some information or experience and then confirm the experience back in the physical.

This is the only way you can definitively say that the OBE and Astral Experience is 100% real, and not just some kind of vivid subconscious projection.

So my question to you is.... have you undertaken a study of this kind ? Have you had multiple experiences with third parties in the astral, that you have confirmed back in the physical world ?

If not, then why not ? Since surely a real scientific approach first needs to prove this, at least for oneself, before wasting alot of time in what might be nothing more than a vivid fantasy world.

I’m new to this forum and this is my first reply post. I would like to greet all the members of the forum and I wish you all the best! I would like to introduce my self since I didn’t see any link on the forum for new member’s introduction and welcome.
I’m a shaman priest with background training on the African shamanism system. I was trained in African shamanism in Cameroon by a witch doctor for many years, and I had my license in this specialty. By profession, I’m an Instructor on IT hardware technology and I’m following my MBA on IT and Communication Engineering. I’m presently in Africa.
The practical book is the best of it kinds I have ever seen. I have been using the method to go the Astral and I was surprise to see them in the book. I recommend that everyone who wants to learn astral projection should read the book and practice the lessons. I won’t give reasons because I don’t have time for that here. I have been doing astral projection for many years now and the astral world is my playing ground. I get there any time I want consciously more than being conscious when walking physically on the road. You know what that means now! So read the book and follow the lessons.
I would reply to one member “reply question” on projecting with someone else and share the information (experience) and confirm the experience back in the physical.
Liam111, I would reply you’re above questions by telling you of my own experience to keep you on solid grounds that this is very possible:
To project with some else, you both must first have a mastering of being conscious in the astral and remembering things. Or at least, if you are a professional on astral projection and the other partner is not but can remember dreams, he will tell you of a very similar experience. You know, in the astral time and space doesn’t exist as we have them here in the physical. You can travel to the past or future. If you both have an agreement to meet in the astral and have an experience, one party must be a professional and as I have said before, the other party should at least remember dreams. I would give three ways:
1-   If both of you are experience professionals, you decide on the time range e.g. let say between 2-3 AM. You people will meet each other to have a similar experience. This is for the professionals.
2-   If you are a professional and the other partner is not but can remember dreams; you should project while the other partner is sleeping. In the astral, will yourself to meet him in his dream and keep repeating the experience with him aggressively as many time as possible as thou is a nightmare. When he gets up, he will tell you of a similar experience depending on how far he can remember dreams.
3-   You can project to the astral world and go to the future to meet him/her in the future dream/sleep of the other partner while your partner is awake. Go with a strong and intense desire in the future dream/sleep of your partner and perform the experience with him/her repeatedly and aggressively. After this, you should return back to the physical. When your partner goes to sleep especially at the night, ask him/her the following morning about his/her dream. He/she will tell you of a similar experience depending on his/her ability to remember dreams profoundly.

I have much past experience on the above matter, but I will tell you of one between me and a prophet. This begins.

I had a friend who was a prophet in his occult church organization and he was a master. He see the future and all what he see become true. In fact he was mystical! We always get to gather in the evening and discuss esoteric and mystical matters, the future of the earth, other worlds, our use of psychic abilities to sex women, and other things I cannot say here. There was one evening in 1999 that we had a strong dispute and we became very angry with each other. In fact I promise him hell and he promise me that too. He said to me that a battle has started and I will baldy regret and beg him. For me this was madness and I left his church temple angrily and unusual. In the night, I astral projected, flying very fast with a huge wind coming all over me and with anger! I enter through his roof and I break his astral shield and I saw him lying on bed with one of his temple brothers. I landed on him and equally giving him psychic energy attacks on several occasions. I could not count the numbers of times I flew up the roof and coming down on him with high attacks. After, I return back to my body and I was up till morning. In the morning, i him saw coming to my house with great anger and he said to me that he want now a physically battle. He said that what I did to him was unfair and he saw my figure in reddish cloudy light moving in his room at night and giving him pains, itches, and uncomforting. He shouted at me that, why did I also attack his church brother sleeping beside him, because when ever I came closer to him, the church brother roll on bed and was itching his body in great discomfort. He told me that, he could not attack me in safety of his church brother who has not yet evolved. He promises me that, he is going to be alone in his room temple and I will see what I will never like to see again in the future. I should be preparing for his psychic attack! The next day early morning, I got up from sleep and I was on bed, suddenly I saw a massive red fire coming on me from space and this took me straight into the astral world without volition as death. As I went into the astral, I saw him right far away form his room shooting me the fire attacked. Due to my evolution, nothing serious happen to me and I return back to me body. I wake up that morning and I also went to his church temple to meet him. He saw me and laugh and he asked me, how intense I felt his powerful occult fire attacked he just sent the morning. I told him the nature of it. We then gave up the battle and continue to be friends even more than before.
Form the above experience which is just one out of many, it is possible to meet some one in the astral and have an experience which both of you can confirm in the physical.
Thanks…

The book is a very useful guidebook  both for beginners and for experienced practitioners. It contains a  number of various  techniques to choose in accordance to one’s personal preferences and abilities. All is clear and definitely described.

It is a credible book, not extremely well put together in terms of style and editing but it is good. The translation is ok. I recommend and refer to this book for astral travel section of my new book "http://www.lulu.com/product/hardcover/high-magic-practical-applications-of-the-ancient-wisdom/12298153". Actually I hate the "phase" terminology, it could perhaps be "staged phenomena" or something like that.
I had several hundred involuntary OBE during my childhood, including distant trips and encounters, so for me to do so now is a secondary importance. Actually, more people have these OBE during sleep state than they actually acknowledge or remember. But Mike is in my new book as the source for those who aspire to do this. I wish his US seminars were more transparent and would actually happen. I like to meet him if he ever comes to the US (SF Bay Area).
