Re: Indirect Techniuqes - Analysing Mistakes
Thank you very much for the answer Michael. I must admit sometimes I doubt that it will work for me so I am going to use EFT to attempt to overcome my doubts and to instill confidence instead.

Indirect Techniuqes - Analysing Mistakes
Dear Michael, I wonder if you can point out any mistakes in this session please? ---- I got up after 6 hours sleep. I went back to bed and set my alarm clock for 4 hours later. I fell asleep about an hour later. I had a lucid dream and when it ended I stayed motionless in bed, eyes closed and immedi...

Re: Forced Falling Asleep
When I did it yesterday morning I felt my consciousness change suddenly for a split second and I could feel my brain change. Then I went back to normal and then it happened again. Very odd sensation.

Re: Effective programming of the mind/subconscious
This is what you need to do: In the phase cover your eyes and say, "When I open my eyes I shall be floating safe and secure inside what seems to be a void. At my feet there will be a large book and in front of me there shall be a shimmering curtain." Open your eyes, pick up the book but d...

Diving Experience
Last night I had a lucid dream and before I could do deepening and maintaining the dream started to fade. I bent over to dive and as I fell the dream completely went and I felt myself falling through the blackness. As it is the first time I tried it I put my hands out flat to protect my head when ...

Deferred method timescale
The deferred method in the community is generally known as the wake back to bed method and a several authors say that the optimum time to be awake before going back to sleep is 45-60 minutes. What is your opinion on this please Michael? If I get up and visit the bathroom, as in your instructions, ...

Re: Phase Length
Thanks. I understand what you are saying but I think maybe you misunderstand me.The person I referred to says they have timed the length of their lucid dream and it far exceeded 20 minutes. They may be being dishonest about this.

Phase Length
You say in your books that a phase length of over 20 minutes is unheard of. Yet on another forum someone has timed their wake initiated lucid dreams and their lucid dreams sometimes exceed 20 minutes. Can you explain please?

Re: Lucid Dreams Only
Is it possible to have lucid dreams every time with indirect techniques once they have been mastered please? I understand that as a beginner having phase entrance every time is highly unlikely.

Lucid Dreams Only
Hello, I have read the textbook and workbook several times and I have a question that I am certain is not in the books. I only want to have lucid dreams. I dont want to have OBE's where I exit the body. I am assuming Michael that you may be the only person to reply. If that is the case, in your ...
