Should you look in a mirror every time you enter a phase? Or is it only required for the first ever phase?
Does it matter how many times you go back and look in a mirror?
I think I read you shouldn't concentrate too much on your own details. Is that correct?

Re: Mirror questions
You can look in the mirror as much as you want, the outcome quite often varies; depending on how vivid the lucid dream is. I think it is possible for the shock to wake you up depending on what you see, like once I saw my face and it looked into my eyes and gave me a freaky smile, other times my face has been a hideous distortion. I never really spend my time looking in the mirror during a lucid dream, usually just end up flying or communicating with dream characters.

Re: Mirror questions
I had great fun playing games with my reflection in a lucid dream. My reflection was playing "peekaboo" with me. It was an enjoyable experience, though I know many report they see themselves as a "monster" when they look in a mirror. Maybe expectation plays a part?
